I will admit I was one of the first to hate on Rajai Davis, but know what can I say, this guys Dynamic and on a serious tear! He won it tonight with a two-out triple that scored two giving the A’s, and most notably us fans, something to cheer and go crazy about.

who knows…maybe we get lucky and r.Davis turns out to be a productve MLB everyday player. God knows we’ve cast off some pretty good ballplayers.And ,yes, I too was not a big fan of Davis. What about GIO !!! Go A’s

Davis took me on a roller coaster ride this year. In ST i wanted him to be the everyday CFer, then watching his first couple months of regular season I wanted him DFAed, then I wanted him to win MVP starting last week, and now Im worried how bad he will be when the hot streak is over.

So no blogging for the off season, bummer. We resigned davis and I am excited for us to actully give young guys the chance to compete for starting jobs. We might just uncover another Bailey like player who spent his last year in AA or lower and then makes a splash in the majors, I would even settle for some time in AAA. Hopefully the suprise is on the offensive side of the ball.
