The Oakland Athletics scored four runs in the top of the 9th inning to come from behind and beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-3.  What a great win for the A’s on the road against a good Blue Jays team!  Wins like this can really carry over and provide a lot of momentum for a team.

In the 9th inning, Mark Ellis got the scoring going as he tripled and scored Travis BuckEmil Brown then hit into a fielder choice that scored Ellis.  Bobby Crosby then doubled to left field that scored Chris Denorfia and Brown.

Ellis finished the game going 4-5 to raise his average to .250 on the season.

Fernando Hernandez picked up the win for the Athletics.  It was his first win of the season.
