Travis Buck signed with the Cleveland Indians on Dec. 21, 2010, hoping to get more playing time than he has in the four prior seasons with the Oakland Athletics. During those four seasons, he batted .250 with 18 home runs and 71 RBIs in 587 at-bats. As a career utility outfielder it is no wonder he began looking for better opportunities to get more playing time. At 26 years old, Buck still has plenty of years of baseball left. Buck has been beyond impressive this spring.

Jimenez showed he's set, pitching six shutout innings as a Colorado Rockies split-squad beat the Oakland Athletics 5-2 Sunday. "I am 100 percent ready for the season to start," Jimenez said.
